内容摘要：In this talk, the basic semiconductor physics will be simply introduced . Some academic problems related to the semiconductor superlattice are also mentioned. Finally the semiconductor SHE model and its mathematical problems will be presented.

报告人简介: 张凯军 东北师范大学学士(1983)，北京大学硕士(1988)，中国科学院数学研究所与法国国家科学中心联合培养数学博士(1999). 奥地利维也纳大学数学研究所博士后研究员 (2000-2001). 2009年教育部中长期教育规划纲要全国征文比赛第一名. 国家自然科学奖 (数学) 初评会评审专家 (2014和2018). 现为东北师范大学教授，应用数学和数学教育双研究方向博士生导师，应用数学研究所所长，大应用数学实验室创建人. 应邀访问法国，奥地利，德国，美国，加拿大，澳大利亚，英国和香港等国家和地区的一流大学额与科研机构. 在SIAM J. Math. Anal.、J. Differential Equations、Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst.等国际主流学术期刊发表论文50余篇, 论文344篇次被国内外194名学者在著名出版公司出版的专著、系列丛书和核心学术期刊发表论文引用(见MathSciNet).
